The board of directors for 4Tel and 4AI Systems has acquired an adjacent block of land to their Warabrook office in Newcastle, NSW to expand capability and meet the needs of the growing organisation.

The Newcastle office currently comprises of 65 employees who service an extensive portfolio of domestic clients, including NSW Trains, Public Transport VIC, ARTC and Pacific National.  The new premises will offer more work spaces, additional parking, and state-of the-art technology.

The executive team began investigating a larger footprint to meet the scale at which the team is growing. Joanne Wust, Group CEO and board director, bid on the land to help facilitate upcoming projects and future-proof the team’s capabilities.

Wust said: “This marks the next chapter in the 4Tel story. We built and moved into our current facility in 2016 so to have outgrown it in seven years is a great indicator of the business’ growth trajectory. I look forward to seeing the expansion plans come to fruition and moving into the new premises in the near future.”
